Nicole Parent Haughey is a member of the Board of Directors at Allegion.

Nicole also serves on the Board of Directors at Alta Industrial Motion Corp. Nicole recently served as the chief operating officer (COO) of Island Creek Oysters, a private aquaculture company located in Duxbury, Massachusetts. She previously served as COO of Mimeo.com, Inc., a leading technology company in content management and distribution. In that role, she was responsible for the U.S. document business. She also previously oversaw finance and human resources at Mimeo. 

Nicole is a graduate of Harvard University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in Economics and was a varsity athlete in soccer. She recently concluded her service as the vice chair of Harvard’s Board of Overseers, on which she served for six years. 

She has broad expertise in strategic planning, finance, marketing and sales strategy, as well as in-depth knowledge of the investment community and equity markets. Prior to Mimeo, Nicole was vice president of corporate strategy and development at United Technologies, co-founder of Vertical Research Partners and managing director of institutional research for Credit Suisse. Earlier in her career, she worked for Bank of America Securities, Salomon Smith Barney, Cowen & Company and the New York Stock Exchange.
