Mike Wagnes is senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) for Allegion. 

Having been at the company for 15 years, Mike brings considerable financial expertise and a deep understanding of our global business, industry and the markets we serve. As CFO, Mike leads Allegion’s financial strategy and is responsible for the company’s global financial organization, including accounting, audit, financial planning, investor relations, tax and treasury functions.

Previously, Mike served as vice president and general manager of Commercial Americas, leading Allegion’s largest strategic business unit (SBU). Prior to that role, he was the company’s treasurer, and had roles spanning investor relations, and Americas finance.

Mike joined Ingersoll Rand in 2006 as director of external reporting and accounting. During his time with the company, he also served as director of finance and vice president of finance before transitioning to Allegion during the spin-off in 2013. Prior to Ingersoll Rand, Mike worked at Celanese Corporation and PwC.

Mike graduated from James Madison University College of Business with his degree in Accounting and earned his MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
