Principal, Allegion Ventures

Having grown up working in her family business, Jen has always been passionate about entrepreneurship and technology. She began her professional career at the Israeli Consulate in Boston, supporting the Israeli startup ecosystem and collaboration in the New England community.

Jen deepened her expertise in entrepreneurship and venture capital while later working at Touchdown Ventures, where she managed corporate venture funds for several Fortune 1000 companies, including Allegion Ventures. In 2021, she left Touchdown to attend Harvard Business School, earning her master of business administration. 

Jen then joined Allegion as vice president of business development for the Americas. In this role, she collaborates with business leaders to develop and execute strategies for acquisitions, investments and commercial partnerships, driving growth and innovation.

A Boston native, Jen currently resides in the city with her husband. She is an avid traveler who loves walking and eating her way through new places.
