Muhlenkamp joined Allegion as part of its spinoff from Ingersoll Rand, where he served in a similar capacity. His responsibilities included the production and manufacturing of doors, locks and hardware in the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. Before joining Ingersoll Rand, Muhlenkamp worked at Delphi Electronics in support of the automotive industry.
Muhlenkamp holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s in business administration from Ball State University.
